Become an exceptional researcher and practitioner who can make a difference to organizations, workers, and the industrial-organizational field broadly with the Master of Applied Science in Psychology (Industrial and Organizational Psychology) program.

In this program you’ll be exposed to psychological theory, research, and methods through coursework and hands-on opportunities. You'll conduct research in collaboration with faculty, culminating in a master’s research paper. You’ll also have the option to complete a full- or part-time internship to get real-world experience.
